SHIPPING & RETURNS
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently only offer shipping within Sweden through our website. If you´d like to make a purchase with international shipping please contact us through our contact form or send us an email to email@example.com.
All orders within Sweden are shipped at a flat rate of 66 KR
We ship your order our within 7 days. We send all our orders trough tracked shipment.
All prices in the store are in SEK and all prices include 25% taxes
We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope that you fall in love with your purchases, however we do understand that shopping online doesn't always go as planned. If you are not happy with your purchase we have a 14 days return policy. Please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you with your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be included in an email.

All returned items must be in original selling condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered with all original packaging. Returns that do not meet the conditions of our return policy will not be exchanged or given store credit, but will be returned back to the customer at their expense.
Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
We process our returns within 7 business days of receiving the item.
We do not accept returns on sale items
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item. Send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that botanical dyes creates one of a kind garments and shades can come to vary over time. Find your color palette but embrace different shades and the energy to wear a garment that is alive!
